MLK: the Movie Optioned by Film-maker William Sachs

Movie about my investigation of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. optioned by film-maker William Sachs. The photo was taken when Bill Sachs and I were re-investigating and researching my story for the screenplay he was writing for Ted Turner. We were on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel which is now the Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tennessee. We were standing on the balcony where MLK was standing when he was shot and killed April 4, 1968. Related: the song They Slew the Dreamer
