James Earl Ray Case – He Did Not Plead Guilty As Charged


Here is the first 18 pages of the court transcript of the guilty plea whereby James Earl Ray was sentenced to 99 years in prison for the murder of Martin Luther King Jr.  If you study it closely you will find that in the case against James Earl Ray, he did not plead guilty as charged.  I make a few notes to provide clarity.
